The European dealer associations of the Stellantis Group brands have met representatives of the manufacturer on numerous occasions as part of the negotiations on the new “RETAILER” distribution contract.
At the end of these numerous exchanges, the European associations are satisfied that an agreement has been reached on a considerable number of contractual points. They are also pleased that Stellantis has been sensitive to the position of the dealers and that a new Governance Committee, involving at European level the representatives of European associations and Stellantis, has been set up.
This Governance Committee will make it possible to start this new distribution model in a relationship of renewed trust between Stellantis and its European distribution networks.
Although some differences could not be overcome, it is time for the national associations, after this long, difficult but fruitful work, to analyze and validate the business model country by country and brand by brand in a coordinated way.
The European associations will remain fully involved, together with the national associations, in the implementation and execution of this new contract.
